There's also the program: you'll learn the SGM horizon planning structure and how we create objectives that keep you and your team motivated and on track.

We'll guide you through problem-solving and opportunity-identification exercises and help you figure out what's reasonable and what's not.

Finally, there will be talks on strategy, issues that MSPs are facing, and topics of interest for MSPs.

You'll leave the summit ready to take on the following year with confidence and a real plan.

This is a day of planning. We will cover the following:

  • Hurdle processing and the opportunity lever canvas.
  • SWOT analysis.
  • Opportunity identification and prioritization.
  • Define OKRs.
  • Create your plan.
  • Budgeting.

You will leave with a high-level 365-day plan and a detailed action plan for the next two horizons.
